Product overview

Tube-magazine feeding for electronic components

The Winseason tube feeder combines a multi-tube magazine, adjustable guide, and pushing mechanism for components supplied in tubes.

The guide width adjusts for different tube sizes from 480mm to 600mm. Photoelectric or fiber-optic sensing detects component arrival and stops movement at the pickup position to reduce empty or missed pickups.

Working principle

How the tube feeder works

01

Load stacked tubes

Multiple component tubes are loaded into the feeder magazine.

02

Set the guide width

The adjustable guide is set for the required tube dimensions and length.

03

Push the components

A motor-driven spring advances components from the active tube.

04

Detect the pickup position

Arrival sensing stops movement when the component reaches the pickup position.
